Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy is one of the most keenly awaited movies next year, owing to the scale at which the movie is being made.

The movie will reportedly cost in the vicinity of 150-200cr and is one of the biggest budgeted Tollywood movies ever. Chiranjeevi is essaying the role of Telugu Freedom fighter Uyyalawada Narasimhareddy.

Sye Raa has already completed 40% of its shoot and the last we heard is that the next leg of the shoot was planned to begin on July 23rd in Kokapet and a huge set has been erected there.

However, as per the latest buzz, it seems Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy Shoot has now been delayed thanks to the incessant rains in Hyderabad over the past few days which has caused considerable damage to the set.

It is now unclear when the shoot will actually re-commence. The movie has already been delayed considerably thanks to the date adjustments of the huge cast. The makers are planning a summer release next year, but with these delays, it remains to be seen whether they can make it.

Sye Raa is directed by Surender Reddy and dialogues are penned by Paruchuri Brothers. Star cast Includes Chiranjeevi, Nayanatara, Amitabh Bachchan, Sudeep, Jagapathi Babu and Prakash Raj. The movie was produced by Ram Charan under his own Konidela Productions.
