Naga Chaitanya’s upcoming movie Savyasachi which is being directed by Karthikeya Fame Chandu Mondeti is scheduled to release in July.
Here is an interesting update about the movie. Tamannaah will reportedly do a Special Item number in the movie and the song will be a remix of Nagarjuna’s chartbuster “Ninnu Road meedha chusinadhi laggaithu”.
It was one of the biggest hit of 90’s, which starred Ramya Krishnan and Nagarjuna and still managed to get you in the groove with its catchy tunes.
The makers initially thought of roping in Pooja Hegde after Jigelu Rani turned out to be a hit in Rangasthalam. But Pooja rejected the offer as she is already doing a movie with Mahesh Babu and Jr.NTR along with few projects in Bollywood. So the team finally zeroed in on Tamannaah for this song.
Savyasachi is been directed by Chandu Mondeti and stars Naga Chaitanya. The movie is produced by Mythri movie makers and is set to release in the first week of July.
