It is a well-known fact that Balakrishna will reprise the role of his father NTR in the upcoming NTR Biopic to be directed by Krish.
The movie has had quite a few setbacks including the exit of Teja, who was initially supposed to direct the eagerly awaited biopic.
However, it seems things are finally falling into place after Krish took up the directors hat with the movie is expected to begin shooting in the first week of June.
The latest buzz in the industry is that two actors are also expected to play key characters in the movie. Nagachaitanya who essayed the role of ANR to perfection in Savitri Biopic is expected to re-enact the same character.
Rana Daggubati is also reportedly in talks with Krish to essay the character of current CM of Andhra Pradesh Nara Chandrababu Naidu, who is expected to have ample screen time. However, there hasn’t been any announcement from the makers yet.
NTR Biopic is expected to hit the screens on January 9th on the eve of Sankranthi and will face off against Ramcharan-Boyapati combo and Venkatesh and Varun Tej starrer F2(Fun and Frustration) at the Boxoffice.
The rest of the cast has not yet been confirmed but reports have claimed that Vidya Balan is expected to star opposite Balakrishna.
