Naga Chaitanya has been looking for a solid hit for the past few years. The actor will next be seen in Custody, a Tamil-Telugu bilingual film which is being directed by Venkat Prabhu. The posters revealed so far have created decent buzz around the movie. The makers have today unveiled the teaser and let’s see how it is.
The teaser shows Naga Chaitanya as a powerful police officer who can risk his life to take on the baddies. The storyline is not much revealed but it seems like a regular cop action drama. However, the teaser cut has intense dialogues and rough action sequences promising an engaging action drama. Arvind Swamy looks good in a villain role as expected. The BGM is decent and makes the teaser more intriguing.
Custody features Krithi Shetty as the female lead. The movie is being bankrolled by Srinivasa Silver Screen banner. Sarathkumar, Priyamani, Sampath Raj, Premji and Vennela Kishore are playing crucial roles. Ilayaraja and Yuvan Shankar Raja are composing the music for Telugu and Tamil versions.
The movie is all set for a grand release during summer on May 12th 2023. Naga Chaitanya has scored two flops in a row with Thank You and Laal Singh Chaddha. We need to see whether he will strike back with this police action drama.
