The much-awaited biopic on Nandamuri Tarakarama Rao(NTR Biopic), fondly know as NTR has recently taken off in Ramakrishna studios in a grand manner as the clap was given by Honourable Vice President of India Sri Venkaiah Naidu.
Nandamuri Balakrishna was supposed to play the titular character of his late father under the direction of Teja. But, all of a sudden shocking news broke out yesterday that Director Teja has backed out of the Project.
Actually, the movie just completed its Muhurtham shot in March but regular shooting schedules were actually planned for June. But with this unexpected update, it is not yet clear whether it will still go as planned.
As per the sources, it is heard that Some scenes suggested by Balakrishna didn’t convince Teja. So, a gap has formed between them and Teja intimated the team that he might not be able to handle or meet the expectations of the fans and the Telugu audience.
Now, the question arises as to who will direct this Prestigious Project. Krish who did Gauthami Putra Satakarni with Balayya are coming out, is reportedly the first preference to take over.
However, some reports state that Legendary director K.Raghavendra Rao may handle this Project. Other say Balakrishna himself might direct this biopic. The makers are expected to make an announcement on the director pretty soon.
NTR Biopic is Produced and acted by Balakrishna. Music by Keeravani. The movie is targeted for next Summer release before the elections.
