Balakrishna’s 100th film Gautamiputra Satakarni has completed its censor formalities today and has received a thumping response from censor board members.
The movie earned a clean U/A certificate without any cuts and is set to release worldwide on 12th January two days before Sankranthi.
As per reports, it has received an excellent response from the board members with CBFC staff mightily impressed with the war sequences and performances from the lead cast.
The makers are said to be confident after seeing the response and are gearing up for a big release in few days time. The runtime of the movie is 2 hours 15 minutes.
Directed by Krish, the movie also stars Shriya, Hemamalini and Kiran Bedi in prominent roles. The movie was shot in 3 months and was finished in six months including the pre and post-production works.
Satakarni is being bankrolled by First Frame Entertainments and it’s trailer has received a great response from the audience.
