Comedy Entertainer Jathi Ratnalu starring Naveen Polishetty, Rahul Ramakrishna and Priyadarshi in lead roles has been in news for it’s digital release rumours.
The movie was initially scheduled to release this summer. However, Coronavirus Pandemic has caused the release plan to go for a toss.
According to previous reports, Producers of the film have got a good deal with an OTT platform to release the film directly on digital. But the producers have recently clarified that the film will only release in theaters and they will wait for appropriate time.
However, looking at the current situations, it is highly impossible to re-open theaters for at least few more months and it remains to be seen how long the makers can wait.
Mahanati fame Nag Ashwin is producing Jathi Ratnalu under Swapna Cinema banner and Anudeep K V has directed the film.
Naveen Polishetty got a solid hit with Agent Sai Srinivas Athreya last year and proved himself as an actor. He scored another hit in Bollywood too with Sushanth Singh Rajput starrer Chichhore.
