Nani’s next film titled ‘Jersey’ is currently under production and things have been in great flow. The unit, according to latest reports, has managed to wrap up the shooting formalities.
The post-production has already begun and is well on course. The film is scheduled to release on April 19th and a teaser-trailer will soon be out.
Essentially a sports drama with an emotional love story at the core of it, the movie will show Nani as an aging cricketer. A first of its kind for Nani, as far as the role is concerned, and it would interesting to see how he fares. Shraddha Srinath will be seen opposite him.
Nani was previously seen as a Kabaddi player in ‘Bheemili Kabaddi Jattu’.
Anirudh Ravichander will be the movie’s music composer, which certainly is one of the highlights, and a single will soon be released on the 14th of February, as Valentine’s Day present from the makers.
Another key figure in the project is its cinematographer Sanu John Varghese, who has previously worked on movies such as Vishwaroopam. Gautham Tinnanuri of ‘Malli Raava’ fame is the writer-director and Naga Vamsi is producing it.
