Katamarayudu which is set for grand release this Friday has done great pre-release business in all centers.
This is the first big movie of the summer and the industry is eagerly waiting for this Pawan Kalyan starrer after suffering big losses with Winner, Om Namo Venkatesaya and Singham 3.
Pawan Kalyan’s last movie Sardaar Gabbar Singh was a Disaster at the Boxoffice but that hasn’t had any effect on his star power, as the pre-release business for Katamarayudu is on par with Khaidi No.150.
The movie will need about 85cr to Breakeven which shouldn’t be tough if the content connects with the audience and with no competition ahead, the sky would be the limit for this ‘Veeram’ remake.

The movie which stars Pawan Kalyan and Shruti Haasan in lead roles will need around 90cr WW to be termed a HIT at the Boxoffice. Katamarayudu is being directed by Kishore Kumar Pardasani and is bankrolled by Sharrath Marar on North Star Entertainment.
