Krish Jagarlamudi, who scored a super hit with his recent outing Gautamiputra Satakarni will direct Victory Venkatesh.
Daggubati Venkatesh who was last seen in Babu Bangaram is yet to finalize on his next project. Initially, reports claimed that ‘Nenu Sailaja’ director Kishore Tirumala will handle the megaphone, but it seems that project has been kept on hold.
More recently Puri Jaganadh was linked but there haven’t any credible update on this film too. However, Krish in a recent interview revealed that he will direct Venkatesh’s 75th film.
The ‘Kanche’ director has recently narrated a story to the star and the ‘Guru’ hero immediately signed on. Venkatesh’s next which was initially expected to release on Republic Day, has been postponed to summer as the makers want to give enough time for promotions.
Krish, who is enjoying the success of GPSK starring Balakrishna is likely to start work on this project from February and a tentative mid-March date has been finalized for the movie to go onto the sets.
