Mahesh Babu and Siva Koratala’s Bharat Ane Nenu released in April this year emerging as the highest grossing movie in Mahesh’s career.
Recently the movie had its Television Premiere on Star Maa and Bharat Ane Nenu TRP Ratings were quite decent, although more was expected.
The movie has delivered 14.6 TRP ratings which can be considered as an OK rating. Bharat Ane Nenu was aired on 28th October, though the movie was released in April.
One reason could be for this mediocre TRP is that the movie was available on Amazon Prime much earlier and most of the people might have seen it multiple times already. Hence, TRP rating could be considered decent.
Rangasthalam and Mahanati which were aired on TV recently got good TRPs too. Ramcharan’s Rangasthalam got 19.5 and Keethy Suresh’s Mahanati surprisingly got some excellent TRP 20.0 which is definitely a surprise. However, the biggest of the year was Geetha Govindam which delivered 20.80 TRP’s.
Mahesh Babu is currently busy shooting for Maharshi which is all set to hit the screens in Summer 2019. Maharshi is directed by Vamsi Paidipally, Pooja Hegde will play the female lead. Allari Naresh is playing a key role in the movie. The movie is produced by 3 top production houses, PVP, Vyjayanthi Movies and Sri Venkateswara Films.
