It is already known that Mahesh Babu will team up with Sukumar after Maharshi and it seems the movie will hit the floors very soon.
The actor is currently busy with the shoot of his next ‘Maharshi’ which is being directed by Vamshi Paidipally and is tentatively set to release in the second week of April.
As per the latest buzz, Mahesh Babu will begin the shoot of Sukumar’s next at the fag end of April after finishing the promotions of Maharshi. It is also heard that Rakul Preet has been roped in as the female lead.
Previously reports have claimed that the movie might be a period drama, but the latest we hear that it will be a thriller set in the current times.
Mahesh and Sukumar’s previous project ‘1- Nenokkadine’ did not fare well at the box-office though the movie was appreciated by a lot of audiences. It is heard that Sukumar is desperate to deliver a solid entertainer with Mahesh, to make up for his previous misjudgment.
Sukumar’s Rangasthalam turned out to be a big hit also becoming the highest Non-Baahubali grosser and it remains to be seen if he can repeat the same magic with Mahesh Babu.
