The first schedule of NTR Biopic, which began 2 weeks back is progressing at a brisk pace. As per the latest buzz, NTR Biopic Overseas Rights have been sold for a whopping price.
The movie is in great demand among the trade circles and it seems the makers have closed the deal for a huge 12 crores. However, there hasn’t been any official communication from the makers regarding the same.
At this price, the movie would need more than $3 Million to break even(BE) which is kind of huge considering that the actor-director duo’s previous highest grosser being ‘Gautami Putra Satakarni’ which collected around $1.8 Million in Overseas.
However, as recently seen with ‘Rangasthalam’ if the movie lives up to the hype then it shouldn’t be a problem to Break Even. Considering the Nostalgia surrounding NTR Biopic and the movie being handled by an overseas friendly director, this has a great chance of being a good success in spite of the huge buying price.
Sources also say that Keerthi Suresh is playing Savithri, Naga Chaitanya as ANR. There is also buzz that Nandamuri Mokshagna will make his debut in this biopic.
The movie will reportedly be made on a huge budget of 50cr. Let’s see what more surprises the makers have planned. NTR Biopic is expected to hit the screens on January 9th on the eve of Sankranthi.
