NTR Kathanayakudu is turned out to be a big disaster at the Boxoffice collecting around 21.3cr Share WorldWide in its full run.
The movie generated good pre-release buzz, however that didn’t translate into collections as the movie struggled big time on its opening day. It fell badly from Day2 and by the time Sankranthi holidays kicked in, it was already down to very low levels.
The WOM was Very Good, however, the collections are disastrous and almost equal to Paisa Vasool which was outright rejected by the audience.
The movie was out of theaters from the third week itself. WW theatricals are valued at 70cr, so the Return on Investment(ROI) is only around 30% which makes it a Double Disaster at the Boxoffice.

NTR Kathanayakudu stars Balakrishna, Vidya Balan, Sumanth and Kalyan Ram in lead roles. The movie is being directed by Krish Jagarlamudi with music from Keeravani. Balakrishna is producing this on NBK Films Banner with Sai Korrapati and Vishnu Induri co-producing on Vaarahi Chalana Chitram and Vibri Media Banners.
