Yesterday marked the two-year anniversary of the super hit movie Vakeel Saab, featuring Power Star Pawan Kalyan in the lead role. The film, directed by Venu Sriram, also starred Shruti Haasan, Nivetha Thomas, Anjali, and Ananya Nagalla in pivotal roles.
To commemorate the occasion, Pawan Kalyan fans took to Twitter and created a hashtag, which caught the attention of Venu Sriram. During the conversation, he revealed that Vakeel Saab will be re-released and that work on the sequel, Vakeel Saab 2, is currently in progress. Fans of the movie were thrilled to hear about the upcoming sequel. In other news, it has been confirmed that the director’s upcoming project, ICON, starring Allu Arjun, has been cancelled.
Meanwhile, Pawan Kalyan is busy with the shooting of two other movies – OG, directed by Sujeeth, and Ustaad Bhagat Singh, helmed by Harish Shankar. He is also working on Hari Hara Veera Mallu, directed by Krish, which has faced several delays in its production. Additionally, the actor is set to star in the Tamil hit Vinodhaya Sitham’s remake, alongside Sai Dharam Tej. The film is being directed by Samuthirakani, who helmed the original as well.
