Social media has been abuzz with rumors that actor Ram Pothineni and director Puri Jagannadh are set to team up once again for a new project, rumored to be the sequel to their hit film iSmart Shankar.
The alleged plan is for shooting to begin in October of 2023, although no official statement has been released as of yet.
Currently, Ram Pothineni is fully focused on shooting his upcoming action-packed film with Boyapati Srinu, which features Sreeleela as the female lead. This film is set to hit theaters on October 20, 2023, and anticipation is high.
Ram Pothineni has also signed on for Gautham Vasudev Menon’s next project, with shooting expected to commence soon. Additionally, Ram has also agreed to work on Puri Jagannadh’s iSmart Shankar sequel, which has yet to receive an official announcement. However, it’s expected that more information about the film, including the production team and technical crew, will be revealed shortly.
For his role in Boyapati Srinu’s film, Ram has achieved a chiseled physique and is expected to maintain it for the iSmart Shankar sequel. Puri Jagannadh has reportedly shared the script with Ram, who has given it the green light. Pre-production work is currently underway, and Ram is also set to work on a film produced by his uncle Sravanthi Ravikishore, in addition to his other projects.
