RRR has been in news for the past few months for various reasons. The film released almost a year back and is still making headlines in International media.
We all know that RRR has won Golden Globe award for Naatu Naatu song in best original song category. The film has also won the critic choice award. These awards have raised the expectations for RRR bagging some Oscars.
We all know that Naatu Naatu song has been shortlisted for Oscar nominations and today it is official that the song is on nominations list in best original song category. It remains to be seen whether RRR will get an Oscar. Results will be announced on March 13th.
Interestingly, the film has also got Best Foreign Film award from Japan. The film did well at the Japanese boxoffice and the award will be presented on March 10th.
Naatu Naatu song is composed by MM Keeravani and the lyrics were written by Chandrabose. Prem Rakshit has choreographed the song. Rahul Sipligunj and Kaala Bhairava have crooned the song.
Directed by Rajamouli, RRR features Ram Charan, NTR, Alia Bhatt and Olivia Morris in lead roles. Ajay Devgan, Shreya Saran, Samuthirakani have played the crucial roles. DVV Danayya has bankrolled the project.
