Ruler had a Disastrous First week at the Boxoffice collecting just around 9cr Share Worldwide(WW) in its first 7 days.
The movie hardly had any pre-release buzz and took a below-par opening on its first day. It then crashed badly on Saturday itself and the Balakrishna starrer failed to take full advantage of the Christmas holidays.
The WOM was pretty decent, but it seems the audiences just didn’t see enough in the trailers to pull them in. It is now the 3rd straight Disaster for Balakrishna after NTR biopic disappointed earlier in the year.
The WW theatricals are valued at around 24cr and the ROI(return on investments) is only around 40%, which should give it a DOUBLE DISASTER verdict at the Boxoffice.

The movie is directed by KS Ravikumar with music from Chirantan Bhatt. It is being produced by C Kalyan on CK entertainments and Happy Movies Banner.
