Shailaja Reddy Alludu had a Good opening day at the Boxoffice collecting over 6.8cr Share mark Worldwide(WW).
The movie took a decent opening in the morning shows and showed Good jumps from the afternoon shows and held off pretty well in the evening/night shows. The Opening was helped by the fact that it was a Holiday on the eve of Ganesh Chaturthi.
This is one of the biggest openings ever for Naga Chaitanya beating ‘Rarandoi Veduka Chudam’ and ‘Premam’which collected around 4cr and 3cr respectively on its first day. The AP/TS opening is on par with Geetha Govindham.
The Word Of Mouth(WOM) is below average but that should not impact the movie at least in its extended opening weekend. The Theatricals are valued at around 24+cr and it should be around 15cr Share mark by the end of Sunday.

The Monday figure will be crucial and will ultimately determine the fate of the movie, but the opening in itself will mean the movie is more or less safe although getting a HIT tag will be very hard.
