Sye Raa has under-performed big time at the Boxoffice collecting just around 142cr Share in its Full Run Worldwide(WW).
The movie carried huge pre-release buzz which translated into tremendous openings. It went on to add big numbers over its extended first weekend, but it went down badly from Monday and basically didn’t add much after the first week.
It is the Highest grosser for Chiranjeevi beating Khaidhi No.150 by a good margin. However, that is not good enough considering that film was sold for 85cr, while Sye Raa had a 200cr price tag on it. Even with great reviews, this failed to perform at the ticket window.
The WW theatricals are valued at around 200cr and the ROI(return on investments) is around 70%, which gives it a FLOP verdict at the Boxoffice.
