The recent success of “Dasara” has left Natural Star Nani overjoyed. The movie had a grand success meet in Karimnagar, where Nani expressed his gratitude towards Mahesh Babu, Prabhas, Rajamouli, Sukumar, and others for supporting the film and helping spread positive word of mouth. However, the film has failed to impress the audience in other languages.
While responding to questions about a possible sequel to “Dasara,” Nani confirmed that it would remain a single-part film, with no plans for a follow-up. He further added that “Dasara” was a standalone movie and there was no scope for a sequel. The film’s story is set in the backdrop of Telangana’s Karimnagar district, directed by debutant Srikanth Odela, and stars Keerthy Suresh as the female lead. Santhosh Narayanan has composed the music for this rustic action entertainer.
The film’s producer, Sudhakar Cherukuri, made a significant investment in the project, and the technical aspects and Nani’s performance played a huge role in its success. Currently, Nani is shooting for his next movie, tentatively titled “Nani30,” in Goa, which is being directed by debutant Shouryuv and features Mrunal Thakur of Sita Ramam fame as the female lead. The movie centers around the relationship between a father and daughter and is expected to release later this year.
