Geetha Govindam had an Exceptional first day at the Boxoffice collecting over 9.5cr Share mark Worldwide(WW).
The movie took a Bumper opening in the morning shows and maintained those occupancies into the evening/night shows owing to the fact that it was a National Holiday.
The pre-release buzz was at a huge level after the music turned out to be a hit and the leak controversy helped it a bit.
This is one of the biggest openings ever for a young star and although the movie is expected to drop a bit, it will emerge as a Blockbuster.
