Pan-Indian sensation Prabhas and acclaimed Bollywood filmmaker Om Raut joined forces to create a captivating mythological extravaganza titled Adipurush. Adding to the film’s allure, the talented Kriti Sanon takes on the role of the female lead, captivating audiences around the world since its highly anticipated release last Friday.
After its initial four days in theaters, the movie has amassed an impressive gross of Rs. 375 crores on a global scale. However, compared to its remarkable opening weekend, Adipurush experienced a slight decline in box office numbers on Monday, collecting a sum of only Rs. 35 crores. Nevertheless, industry pundits remain optimistic, predicting a resurgence in ticket sales starting today.
Within the film, the enigmatic character of Ravana is brought to life by the versatile Saif Ali Khan, who delivers a mesmerizing performance. Joining him in pivotal roles are Sunny Singh, Devdatta Nage, Vatsal Sheth, Sonal Chauhan, Trupti Toradmal, and other talented actors who add depth and nuance to the narrative. T-Series and Retrophiles have come together to back this grand venture, while the acclaimed musical duo Ajay-Atul has composed the enchanting soundtrack that resonates throughout the film.
