Adipurush starring Prabhas is undoubtedly the most awaited film in India. The shooting of the film was progressing at a brisk pace with Prabhas switching between the schedules of Salaar and this movie.
The shoot was ongoing in specially erected sets in Maharashtra. But due to a surge in the corona cases, the Maharashtra government imposed restrictions on film shootings
and thus the shoot of Adipursuh halted.
The latest news is that the makers of the film are planning to shift to Hyderabad to resume the shoot. According to reports, a special set will be erected in Hyderabad and the team will follow COVID protocols strictly. The cast and crew are reportedly planning to reach Hyderabad in the second week of May. However, there is no official update yet.
Adipurush is being directed by Om Raut and the film depicts the Epic Ramayana. Prabhas is playing Rama character while Kriti Sanon is playing the role of Sita.
