Arjun Suravaram is a film being directed by Santhosh T N starring Nikhil Siddarth and Lavanya Tripathi in lead roles. The film has faced a lot of difficulties in releasing and has finally hit the theaters on 29th November. The trailer of the film had shown a promising content. STORY: Nikhil aka Arjun Lenin Suravaram is an investigative journalist who works for a small tv channel and aspires to be part of the famous BBC channel. During a sting operation, he accidentally meets Lavanya Tripathi and falls in love with her who turns out to be the daughter of the channel owner where he works.
Things suddenly change when Arjun gets arrested for a fake certificate scam. Once he is out on bail he finds out that there is a big mafia behind the scam. How he saves himself and a lot of innocents and how he solved the case forms the rest of the story.
PERFORMANCES: Nikhil has done an excellent job and brought life to his journalist role. His screen presence was fabulous and performed well in the action shots. Lavanya Tripathi has justified the role given to her. Vennela Kishore has got a lengthy role and he impresses with his comedy timing as well as emotional scenes.
TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT: Director has shown the film in a thrilling way. However, he misses few logics in the film. The screenplay is intriguing but the first half had a bit of a lag.
Two songs in the film could be avoided to make the film more engaging. Dialogues were decent. Music and BGM were apt for the movie. Production values were good.

VERDICT: Arjun Suravaram is a story that could’ve been told in a more thrilling way. There are some high moments in the film and the comedy timing from Vennela Kishore is good. However, the climax is not up to the mark for a concept that has social message.
If you are okay with a few logics missing then it is definitely a worth watch film. The movie will perform well at the box-office.
