Nandamuri Balakrishna has scored a solid hit this year with Veera Simha Reddy. The film had huge expectations before release and opened well at the boxoffice. Though there are little drops during week days, the film is running successfully during weekends even after two weeks of release. Directed by Gopichand Malineni, The movie features Shruti Haasan and Honey Rose as the female leads.
The makers of VSR had success celebrations at Hyderabad yesterday. A few prominent directors like Harish Shankar, Anil Ravipudi and Shiva Nirvana have graced the event. During the event, Harish Shankar has expressed his interest to work with NBK in future.
It is a known fact that Balakrishna will next be working with Anil Ravipudi for a mass entertainer. The F2 director has confirmed that the film will have Telangana backdrop. The movie is tentatively titled NBK108 and went on floors last year. Sree Leela is roped in to play a crucial role while Thaman is set to compose the music. Shine Screens will bankroll this action entertainer.
Nandamuri Balakrishna is also in plans to collaborate with Waltair Veerayya director Bobby Kolli for a film. It remains to be seen whether the project will actually materialise anytime soon.
