Chiranjeevi is eagerly waiting for a solid blockbuster ever since his comeback. He had a lot of hopes on Godfather which was a remake of Malayalam superhit Lucifer, but the film has received mixed responses much to his dismay. Here is the update on his new film.
According to reports, Megastar gave nod to a film under the production of Raadaan Productions Banner which is a production venture of Radhika Sarathkumar. Reports also suggest that the pre-production works have already started and the makers are yet to finalise the director.
The latest buzz is that choreographer turned director Prabhudeva might helm the project. Prabhudeva has already directed Chiranjeevi for Shankar Dada Zindabad. The script work is currently happening at a brisk pace and if everything goes as planned then we may have an official announcement very soon.
Chiranjeevi’s upcoming film Waltair Veerayya which is directed by Bobby is all set for a grand release during Sankranti on 13th January. The trailer of the film will be out on 7th January. The movie will clash with Balakrishna’s Veera Simha Reddy which hits the screens on 12th January. The Khaidi star is also working with Meher Ramesh for Bholaa Shankar which might release during summer 2023.
