Gopichand Malineni has scored a solid hit this year with Veera Simha Reddy starring Nandamuri Balakrishna and Shruti Haasan in lead roles. The director revealed an interesting update about a film with Prabhas.
Gopichand has also delivered a super hit with his previous film Krack starring Ravi Teja and Shruti Haasan in lead roles. The successive hits confirms that the director is back on track after some failures and he is able to pull audience to theaters with mass commercial entertainers.
In a latest interview, the director has talked about his next film. He updated that discussions are happening with Prabhas for a film and also revealed talks with other heroes are in progress. The director intends to complete the script work first and then will search for an appropriate actor.
Prabhas fans are eagerly waiting for a solid mass film since long time and Gopichand would be the correct choice. But we have to wait and see whether the project from the duo will actually materialize. It also remains to be seen whether the film will appeal to the pan India audience given the stardom of the actor.
On the work front, Prabhas has multiple pan India projects in his kitty such as Adipurush, Salaar, Project K, Spirit and two more films with Siddharth Anand and Maruthi.
