“Hidimbha” takes viewers on a riveting journey across two distinct timelines, and the visuals showcased in the trailer are nothing short of stunning. The trailer commences with a glimpse of British captors transporting Indian prisoners on a boat in the Bay of Bengal back in 1908. The narrative swiftly shifts to the present day, where a series of perplexing missing cases grip the city of Hyderabad, placing immense pressure on the police force and the Home Minister. The kidnapper, easily recognizable by his distinct red motif, conceals his identity behind a goat mask adorned with four horns.

The trailer leaves audiences pondering over the kidnapper’s motives and the intriguing connection between the present-day missing cases and the events that transpired in 1908. Director Aneel Kanneganti’s meticulous craftsmanship is evident in every frame, showcasing an enthralling concept interwoven with thrilling elements. The trailer leaves a lasting impression, promising an intense and gripping cinematic experience.

Ashwin Babu shines in his role as a dedicated police officer, displaying a wide range of shades within his character. His physicality aptly suits the demanding role, adding depth to his portrayal. Nandita Shweta, portraying his love interest, also plays a police officer, further enhancing the film’s dynamic narrative. Vikas Badisa’s exceptional background score elevates the visuals to a whole new level, intensifying the overall impact of the trailer. From a technical standpoint, the trailer showcases remarkable craftsmanship, with B Rajasekar’s cinematography deserving special recognition, as the color palette seamlessly differentiates the two eras depicted in the film.
