It is a known fact that Vijay Devarakonda is doing a film titled Kushi under the direction of Shiva Nirvana. Samantha is playing the female lead in this romantic drama. The film was initially scheduled to release on 23rd December 2022 but it got postponed due to delays in shooting.
We all know that Samantha has been suffering from a rare auto immune disorder called Myositis and is on a break. Kushi team has been waiting for her return to the sets. Meanwhile, there are different kinds of rumours about the project being put on hold. However, Shiva Nirvana has today confirmed that they will resume the shoot very soon.
Vijay Devarakonda has scored a disaster with Liger last year. The actor has recently announced his next film with Gowtham Tinnanuri of Jersey fame which is tentatively titled VD12. Samantha has recently delivered a decent hit in the form of Yashoda. She will next be seen in Shakunthalam which is directed by Guna Shekhar. The movie is slated to hit the screens on 17th February.
Shiva Nirvana has failed to impress the audience with his last film Tuck Jagadish. It remains to be seen whether he will score a solid hit with this new flick.
