Leo, the upcoming theatrical release of Thalapathy Vijay, is being directed by the renowned south Indian filmmaker, Lokesh Kanagaraj. This film marks the second collaboration of the duo after the blockbuster hit, Master. Recently, Lokesh participated in an event where he was asked a few questions regarding the movie.
The term “Bloody Sweet” was used by the Leo team in the title release video, and Lokesh was asked to speak about it. The director revealed that, just like the iconic “Aarambiklaangla” dialogue (Ika Modhalu Pedadhama in Telugu) in Vikram, the “Bloody Sweet” dialogue would also appear during a crucial juncture in Leo that should be savored in theaters.
When asked about the movie’s genre, Lokesh confirmed that Leo would be a full-blown action entertainer. The shooting for the film has already been completed in 60 days, and an additional 60 days are required to wrap it up. The talented actress Trisha plays the female lead in Leo, which is being produced by Seven Screen Studio. Anirudh Ravichander is composing the music.
The movie also features an impressive star cast that includes Priya Anand, Sanjay Dutt, Gowtham Vasudev Menon, Mysskin, Arjun, Mathew Thomas and Mansoor Ali Khan in pivotal roles.
The makers have already announced that the movie will release on 19th October 2023 in multiple languages. With Vijay and Lokesh collaborating once again, and the movie reportedly being part of Lokesh Cinematic Universe, fans are eagerly waiting to see what this duo has in store for them this time.
