Superstar Mahesh Babu’s landmark film Maharshi is currently being shot in the USA with Mahesh and other key actors taking part.
The USA schedule has been going on for a while with Vamsi Paidipally canning few key scenes there. The shoot will go on there for few more weeks.
The teaser has created a huge buzz around the movie and the makers have managed to close a fancy deal for Maharshi Satellite Rights. There were a lot of rumors about the Satellite Rights but Gemini Tv have bought the rights for a whopping amount of 14.5 crores.
Maa TV and Zee were also in talks to finalise a deal but it was Gemini who quickly moved to grab the rights. The Digital Rights wasn’t part of the deal, so it is also expected to bring in a fancy amount.
Vamsi Paidipally is not leaving any stone untouched and putting in his best to make this a huge blockbuster. Mahesh’s makeover, Vamsi’s direction and Devi Sri Prasad’s music will be a major asset.
Maharshi is being jointly produced by three big production houses namely PVP Cinema, Sri Venkateshwara creations, and Vyjayanthi Movies. Pooja Hegde and Allari Naresh are playing a key role.
