NTR Kathanayakudu has crashed at the Boxoffice on its second day taking its two day total to 8.88 Crores.
The movie generated good pre-release buzz, however that didn’t translate into collections. The opening was below par on Wednesday but the movie saw a bigger dip in its performance on Thursday.
Petta’s release has affected the collections in many areas and the pre-festival factor is only adding to the misery.
The WOM is Very Good and that should help the movie during the Festive season. The AP/TS theatricals are valued at 55cr, but going by the current trend, it seems unlikely for the collections to be anywhere close.

NTR Kathanayakudu stars Balakrishna, Vidya Balan, Sumanth and Kalyan Ram in lead roles. The movie is being directed by Krish Jagarlamudi with music from Keeravani. Balakrishna is producing this on NBK Films Banner with Sai Korrapati and Vishnu Induri co-producing on Vaarahi Chalana Chitram and Vibri Media Banners.
