Babu Bangaram starring Venkatesh and Nanyanathara in lead roles is expected to hit the screens on August 12th. Maruthi is directing this Romantic Comedy entertainer while S.Radha Krishna is producing this venture.
Music is scored by Ghibran while cinematography is handled by Richard Prasad. The teaser of the film which released on 6 June 2016 has garnered a terrific response but the trailer is yet to be released.
Initially, the film was scheduled to hit the screens on 29th July 2016 but with Kaabali releasing just a week earlier and also shooting delays meant that it wasn’t possible to bring the movie in July.
However with Janatha Garage also getting delayed from it’s Independence Day weekend, Babu Bangaram team has decided to bring their movie on this date and the film is all set for a worldwide release on 12 August 2016 with a benefit of the extended weekend on the eve of Independence Day being a Public holiday. Audio release of the Venky starrer will take place on July 24th.
On the other hand, Janatha Garage will now release on September 2nd considering the delay in shooting due to rains but will have a benefit of extending weekend on the eve Vinayaka Chavithi. It is a bilingual action film made in Telugu and Malayalam languages.
The film is directed by Koratala Siva and produced by Naveen Yerneni, Y. Ravi Shankar, and C. V. Mohan under their banner Mythri Movie Makers. It stars Mohanlal, Jr. NTR, Samantha and Nithya Menon in the lead roles.
It also features Saikumar, Tamil actress Devayani, and Malayalam actor Unni Mukundan in other important roles.
