Sukumar directorial Pushpa starring Allu Arjun is undoubtedly one of the most awaited films in Tollywood. Every small news surrounding the project is generating a lot of interest. There has been a lot of buzz that Pushpa will release in two parts. But no official announcement was made until yesterday.
In the latest interview, one of Pushpa producers Y Ravi Shankar has revealed that Pushpa will indeed release in two parts. He said that it’s difficult to narrate the story in a single part so they have decided to go with two instalments.
He also said that 10 per cent of shooting for the second part is completed and they are planning to resume it after releasing the first part.
According to reports, the makers are in plans to release the first instalment during Dussehra and the second instalment in summer 2022. The film features Rashmika Mandanna as the female lead. Malayalam star Fahadh Faasil will play the antagonist role. Devi Sri Prasad will score the music.
