Lokesh Kanagaraj, the talented director of the Tamil film industry, is currently occupied with the shooting of his upcoming action thriller, “Leo,” starring Thalapathy Vijay as the lead actor. The latest schedule of the movie started today in Chennai, and fans are eagerly waiting for its release. However, the social media platforms are rife with speculations about Lokesh Kanagaraj’s next project with Rajinikanth.
As per the grapevine, the director is in talks to helm a film with the iconic South Indian superstar, Rajinikanth. It is rumored that Lokesh Kanagaraj met the actor to discuss the story of the project. The latest buzz suggests that the movie will be produced by one of the production houses that bankrolled the director’s previous film, and it will be a high-budget project. Anirudh Ravichander, the renowned music composer, is also likely to be a part of this flick, which is tentatively titled “Thalaivar 171.”
Meanwhile, Rajinikanth is busy with his upcoming multi-starrer movie, “Jailer,” which is being helmed by the talented director, Nelson Dilipkumar. The movie is being produced by Sun Pictures and is one of the most awaited projects in the Tamil film industry. Besides this, the veteran actor will also be seen in his daughter’s next directorial venture, “Lal Salaam.” The superstar also has one more project which is tentatively titled Thalaivar170 under the direction of TJ Gnanavel of Jai Bhim fame.
