The action-packed entertainer “Jailer” starring the legendary Rajinikanth in the lead role is creating an enormous buzz among moviegoers. Directed by Nelson Dilipkumar, the movie features the popular Malayalam actor Mohanlal and Kannada superstar Shiva Rajkumar in crucial roles, adding to the excitement of fans.
The makers have officially announced that the movie will hit theaters on August 10, 2023. To celebrate the announcement, a powerful glimpse of the entire cast has been released, featuring Rajinikanth in his usual stylish avatar, getting out of a car. The release date is perfect as it coincides with the long weekend, including the Independence Day holiday, which is sure to boost the movie’s box office collections.

Apart from Rajinikanth, the movie also features Tamannaah Bhatia, Ramya Krishnan, Jackie Shroff, Sunil, Vasanth Ravi, and Yogi Babu in key roles. Anirudh Ravichander, the renowned music composer, is in charge of the music. The film is produced on a grand scale by Kalanithi Maran’s Sun Pictures.
The question on everyone’s mind is whether Thalaivar, as Rajinikanth is affectionately called, will make a grand comeback with Jailer. Only time will tell, but fans are eagerly anticipating the release of this much-awaited film.
The superstar also has one more project which is tentatively titled Thalaivar170 under the direction of TJ Gnanavel of Jai Bhim fame.
