Taxiwaala had a Decent Opening at the Boxoffice collecting over 4.3cr Share mark Worldwide on its first day.
The movie had plenty of issues prior to its release with the piracy leak and then it got repeatedly postponed. Considering all these factors, it should be considered a good enough opening.
The First Day number is well behind Vijay Deverakonda’s previous movies ‘Geetha Govindam‘ and ‘NOTA‘ both of which collected 9+ and 7+cr respectively. The Word Of Mouth(WOM) is Good and it remains to be seen how well it can grow on Sunday.
The Makers are releasing this on their own, and the valuation will generally be based on the actor’s current market but considering the pre-release issues, it was definitely worth around 10+cr. So, we are valuing the pre-release business at 10cr.
