Darbar had a good first day at the Boxoffice collecting around 4.3cr Share on its opening day in the Telugu States(AP/TS).
The movie opened well in the Morning shows and then held on decently in the night shows, to put on a good opening number.
It is a good start and it remains to be seen how it holds on its second day considering that it will face big competition from Sarileru Neekevvaru and Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo from its third day.
The WW theatricals are valued at around 14cr and the start gives it a chance to turn out to be a profitable venture, but only if it can hold up well on Friday.

Darbar stars Rajinikanth in the lead role along with Nayanthara, Nivetha Thomas, and Sunil Shetty who play pivotal roles. The movie is directed by A R Murugadoss with music from Anirudh and is being produced by Allirajah Subaskaran under Lyca Productions banner.
