There have been a lot of reports that Prabhas will be doing a film under the direction of Bollywood director Siddharth Anand. However, there was no official announcement yet. Here are the latest updates about the project.
Siddharth Anand has scored a solid hit this year with Pathaan starring Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone in lead roles. Mythri Movie Makers reportedly have the confidence on the director after his back to back successes and finally okayed the project with Prabhas. To everyone’s surprise, the film is a multi starrer with Hrithik Roshan playing the other lead. The film is touted to be a high octane action entertainer which will be made with a massive budget.
Prabhas is currently busy with multiple big projects which are in different stages of production. Adipurush and Salaar have already been scheduled to release this year while the film with Maruthi might hit the screens in 2024. The movie with Sandeep Reddy Vanga is titled Spirit and the shooting hasn’t been kickstarted yet.
On the other hand, Siddharth Anand is yet to start the production work on Hrithik Roshan’s Fighter. The duo of Prabhas and Siddharth Anand will join hands once they complete their current commitments.
